Nut Replacement involves carefully removing the old nut and replacing it with a brand-new one, custom fitted to your guitar. The new nut is precisely shaped and set to the correct action height, ensuring smooth string action and optimal tuning stability.
The nut can become worn through constant tuning but can also become brittle and crack depending on the material. Nuts can be replaced with new ones pre-made from various materials from hard plastics to composites and bone.
Please note, the guitar will need a basic setup after the nut is replaced, this is at a discounted rate.
